Today I am going to talk about what I suspect happened with Abigail Shrier & Target and explain why we got here, why it’s a problem, and how it can be fixed with better process.
Remember – the vast majority of big corporations aren’t good with social media. They especially don’t know the culture wars. So I’ll give you a little taste of my experiences working with these teams from the Agency side and maybe offer up some wisdom.
